Scope of Application

Industrial or municipal projects with a total investment of not less than RMB30,000,000 in the Zone or civil projects with a total investment of not less than RMB5,000,000, and the construction projects adopt direct employment mode to select the surveying unit

Required Materials

1. Registration of Non-tender Contracting of Surveying Items of Construction Projects in Shanghai (online downloading at ) in duplicate, and then stamped for confirmation

2. Topographical Map (with sheet and number) and general plan (affixing the drawing seal of the design institute)

3. “IC Card of building and building materials enterprises in Shanghai” of the surveying enterprise

4. Duplicate of the contract for surveying of construction projects (one copy, stamping the paging seal)

5. Registration of Surveying Contracts of Construction Projects in Shanghai in triplicate (printing after completion at www.ciac.sh.cn, and then stamped for confirmation)
