2. Complete construction to top of structure

(1) Submission of Filing of Structure Top (one paper original and electronic package respectively)

(2) Report on Testing Results of Structure Top of Construction Projects in Shanghai (one original)

Application Process

1. The construction unit completes the Submission of Positive, Negative and Zero Filing of Construction Projects or the Submission of Filing of Structure Top and attaches relevant materials

2. Filing by the planning department
