In order to give the participants first-rate training, the camp had an abundance of overseas institutions as its partners, including Finland's Slush, US-based Plug&Play, France's Usine IO, Singapore's Nanyang Technological University, and Innovation Norway. Top startup consultants from the US-based California Institute of Technology were also invited to act as mentors of the camp.

Additionally, the camp has been working on uniting entrepreneurship resources and improving the services it offers startups. It worked with Bank of China Shanghai Branch to help tech startups get access to an investment-loan linkage mechanism.

So far, the 895 Entrepreneurship Camp has built partnerships with more than 600 investment institutions with total investment funds in excess of 10 billion yuan ($1.45 billion).

Li Jianbo, CEO of Image Medraw Technology, said he hoped to encounter a greater number of investors through participating in the camp.

Guided by the national "Internet Plus" strategy, Zhangjiang has been committed to building a city-industry integration demonstration zone. Furthermore, it has actively pursued the development of technological innovation, commercial capital, and social culture.

The camp provides innovation and entrepreneurship services for numerous projects and helps them settle in Zhangjiang, one part of the area's goal of nurturing high-tech enterprises with global influence.
