The Ministry of Commerce announced that the work to delineate the scope and conduct general planning for the new area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is underway at a regular news conference held on Feb 14. 

Based on previous investigative work, opening-up policies and regulations will be implemented in major fields. More efforts will also be made to strengthen the testing of risk pressure on the open economy.
