Motor show in Tianjin highlights the vitality of China's auto market

China Motor Show (Tianjin) 2022 kicked off on Thursday in north China's Tianjin. With a total exhibition area of 200,000 square meters, the auto show displays 990 vehicles of Chinese and overseas brands, including 260 new energy vehicles. Many people came to the show and made inquiries to buy cars with high enthusiasm.

China's automobile industry continued to see robust growth in production and sales in October 2022, new data showed Thursday. Auto production in the world's largest automobile market reached 2.6 million units and automobile sales exceeded 2.5 million units last month, rising 11.1 percent and 6.9 percent year on year respectively, data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers showed.
