A dance performance created by Long Jiang, a renowned dancer in Xiamen, eastern Fujian province, was staged in the city's Siming district on July 1.

The performance was divided into three chapters and featured the Silk Road and Chinese Zen culture. According to Long Jiang, the performance was held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
