Fuzhou Railway Station announced on Aug 28 that from Aug 31 to Sept 5, two high-speed bullet trains, D6240 and D6239, will shuttle directly between Fuzhou and Xiamen. 

The journey between the two cities will take 106 minutes.

D6240 will leave Xiamen at 8:48 every morning and arrive in Fuzhou at 10:34. D6239 will leave Fuzhou at 13:32 and arrive in Xiamen at 15:18. 

Passengers can book tickets at the railway station windows or via the 12306 app.
