Sanxi Technology and Innovation Town

Sanxi Scientific and Innovation Town is located in the northwestern corner of Xiangzhou. It is the only whole piece of land available for development in the main urban area and is therefore a valuable place along the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Macao Innovation Corridor. The town has a total planning area of 14.05 square kilometers, and a land area of 7.56 square kilometers for construction. 

Development idea: As an important part of Xiangzhou's industrial development pattern of "one park, one town, three belts and three areas", in accordance with the requirements of high-level planning, high-standard construction and high-quality development, the town aims to become an integrated science and innovation industry-city with rapid development of innovative industries, high concentration of talents and intelligence, and an ecological and pleasant living environment.

Industrial orientation: With photoelectric industry as its feature and headquarters economy as its highlight, it focuses on the development of the three industries of photoelectrics, 5G+ intelligent manufacturing and the digital economy, to create a "3+1" innovative industrial cluster and a gathering place for listed companies.
