Manufacturer Zhuhai Jieli Technology – based in the Xiangzhou district of South China's Zhuhai city – was recently fulsomely praised for its rapid growth and technological innovation in chips.

That was during the International IC & Component Exhibition and Conference (IIC) that took place in South China's Shenzhen city on Nov 2-3.

The enterprise received the 2023 World Electronics Achievement Awards-RF/Wireless/Microwave of the Year award for its integrated voice recognition Bluetooth SoC audio JL701N chip.

The chip is mainly used in high-end and low-power Bluetooth headphones, smart watches and wearable devices – as well as in internet of things and smart home devices in the consumer electronics industry. 

In the wake of its launch, the product has gained in popularity with consumers.

Since its establishment in August 2010, Zhuhai Jieli Technology has become a leading system-on-chip (SoC) design enterprise in the global industry, specializing in RF smart terminals and multimedia smart terminals – producing over nine billion chips. 

To date, the company has obtained more than 600 invention patents, forming its own intellectual property rights system.

This has provided a solid foundation for rapidly developing market-oriented products that meet customer needs.
