The plaque for Nanping Artists' Village was unveiled on Nov 18 in Zhuhai's Xiangzhou district, coinciding with the opening of a national art masters' invitational exhibition.

The village went through an extensive transformation, changing from an unused school into art studios and workshops for 32 artists. The artists that can be found here include the chairman and several vice-chairmen of the Zhuhai Municipal Artists Association, as well as members of the Chinese Artists Association and the Guangdong Artists Association.

The impressive works of these artists have made Nanping Artists' Village a new cultural landmark in Xiangzhou.

The national art masters' invitational exhibition featured the works of 16 prominent Chinese artists. They have all created numerous works that capture the essence of Zhuhai's style and charm.

This exhibition will run from Nov 18 to Dec 10.
