The People's Hospital of Xiangzhou District saw the completion of the main structure of its Phase II expansion and renovation project on Nov 22.

The project covers an area of approximately 27,000 square meters, with a floorage of 50,000 sq m. It involves the construction of new facilities such as a rehabilitation ward, a community health center, an underground parking garage, an oxygen center, and an ICU department.

Once completed, the hospital will have a total of 657 patient beds, with an additional 600 underground parking spaces. This effectively improves the hospital's medical environment and better meets the health needs of the local residents.

In the future, the hospital will integrate disciplinary resources, attract high-level talents, and establish high-quality specialty brands, aiming to enhance its comprehensive diagnosis and treatment capabilities.
