Huafa Group, located in Xiangzhou district, has collaborated with several leading enterprises to unveil the "New Generation of Good Housing: Huafa Technology + Product Technical Standards."

It marks a significant milestone in Zhuhai's residential product system development, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies such as Harmony OS and drone delivery into fourth-generation residential construction.

The newly introduced standards for quality homes prioritize evaluation based on green, low-carbon, intelligent, and safe criteria, aligning with the current requirements set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It also signifies the direction of fourth-generation residences in the new era.

Huafa has developed new suitable housing with 38 advanced technologies, certified in five major areas: green materials, energy efficiency, solar energy storage, green health systems, and carbon neutrality and emission management. The new housing reduces its carbon footprint, promotes sustainable living, and creates a healthy living environment for residents.
