The completion ceremony of the Zhuguang International Building project, a high-end commercial complex in Gongbei subdistrict, Xiangzhou district, was recently held.

In 2020, the Zhuguang International Building ceased operations and underwent expansion and renovation. After more than 1,300 days, the commercial center was completed.

The new Zhuguang International Building consists of centralized commercial spaces, a hotel, and offices, and features two high-rise buildings, a six-story commercial podium, and over 800 underground parking spaces, with a total area of 174,000 square meters.

During the completion ceremony, a signing ceremony was held between Zhuguang Group's International Building Company and Xinghe Group's E-Star Commercial, introducing the COCO Park brand to Zhuhai for the first time.

E-Star Commercial has ranked in the "Top 10 Chinese Commercial Real Estate Company Brand Values" and "Top 10 Chinese Commercial Real Estate Operation Capability Enterprises" for many years. The COCO series of shopping centers have been deeply rooted in the domestic market for 20 years, with COCO Park being the top brand among E-Star Commercial's five brands.

Furthermore, the Hyatt Regency Hotel has signed a contract with the Zhuguang International Building. As a multinational hotel group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation owns several globally renowned hotel brands, including Hyatt Regency, which will inject strong momentum into the project.
