In a recent episode of the food variety show Food Detective on Guangdong TV, Hong Kong TVB artists Jerry Lamb, Kong King, and Ada Wong visited Zhuhai's Xiangzhou district to explore the local cuisine.

First stop: Pindao Chinese Restaurant

Pindao Chinese Restaurant is a fusion cuisine brand established at the end of 2020. It offers an innovative selection of fresh ingredients and flavors, while also improving its presentation to meet modern taste preferences.

Second stop: Zhuhai Haohaowei Oyster Hotpot

Located at 88 Guihua South Road in Xiangzhou, this restaurant specializes in Hainan coconut chicken base hotpot with fresh oysters cooked in a pressure cooker. The oysters are plump and tender, and when paired with soy mustard sauce or lime juice, make for a delicious meal.

Third stop: Xiawan Night Market

Xiawan Night Market is a prominent late-night food destination in Zhuhai. Known for its diverse cuisine from all over, the food street stretches over a hundred meters and contains numerous stalls. It’s seafood barbecue is particularly delicious.
