Zhuhai launches 1st 'modular space' to boost Xiangzhou's AI industry

On Sept 9, Xiangzhou district held the inauguration ceremony of the "modular space" and a matchmaking event for investment and financing at the Zhuhai Planning Sci-tech Inno Center.

Nearly 200 industry elites participated in the event, sharing insights on the research and applications of large models and conducting investment and financing matchmaking activities.

At the "modular space" exhibition area, a showcase of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products such as the large model by AutoArk, the "Hi Arki" desktop robot, the LNM large numerical decision model by Algorithm Insight, the dexterous touch and body robot co-developed by Professor Sun Fuchun's team, and other AI-related products captivated visiting guests.

The "Hi Arki" desktop robot piqued the interest of many attendees. Resembling a small dog, "Arki" is compact and palm-sized yet capable of performing various functions. Zeng Xiaodong, the founder of AutoArk, explained that the "Hi Arki" desktop robot utilizes a bionic behavioral system, perceiving users and the surrounding environment.

Users can interact through voice and video, gesture control, and physical touch, enhancing work and study efficiency and providing emotional companionship and life assistance.

Xiangzhou district is promoting the development of the large artificial intelligence model industry, having established a complete industrial foundation for artificial intelligence, from edge computing AI chips, data labeling, computing power middleware, and model bases to vertical industry AI applications.
