A 14-member delegation of Turkish experts and scholars, led by Hasan Çapan, chairman of the Turkish Chinese Friendship Foundation, visited Beijing Massage Hospital on Aug 22.
The visit coincided with the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Turkiye strategic cooperative relationship.
Jin Tao, director of the hospital, briefed the delegation on the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the high-quality employment for people with visual disabilities at the hospital.

The two sides discussed international cooperation in TCM. They exchanged opinions on the practice and experience of standardized management of TCM, mutual visits between medical institutions and colleges in the two countries and plans to send Chinese experts for medical services and lectures in Turkiye.
The Turkish delegation visited several specialized departments at the hospital, including the massage, acupuncture and the TCM nursing departments, and experienced some TCM techniques.

The hospital attaches great importance to international exchanges and has been actively advancing the building of Beijing Tuina International Exchange Center.
Looking ahead, the hospital will take the visit by Turkish experts as an opportunity to explore multi-dimensional international cooperation in TCM in diverse forms, aiming to promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and the building of a global community of health for all.
