She called for fair play, sound sportsmanship, discipline and proper conduct, so as to achieve both outstanding athletic results and cultural-ethical progress. She also called for stronger friendly exchanges, telling China's story and the story of Chinese persons with disabilities effectively, and showcasing new achievements in China's disability cause and human rights. She stressed the need to effectively prevent and defuse all types of risks, and provide meticulous services and support to ensure the Chinese delegation competes safely and smoothly.
