As an important element of civilized social conduct in the new era, a sound cyber culture will contribute to China’s growing strength in cyberspace.
In recent years, by reinforcing cyber governance, China has enriched and improved online content and achieved notable results in promoting civility, decency and desirable practices and trends online.
We need to coordinate development and governance, and online and offline efforts, and bring together all positive forces for the common good. Party committees and governments at all levels must shoulder their responsibilities, and internet platforms, social organizations and netizens need to play an active role in promoting civility in running and using the internet. Let us shape cyberspace with healthy practices and build a better cyberspace together.
