Xiamen FTZ has revised and issued its "Several Measures to Support the Construction of the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District Pilot Zone in the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone (2024-2027)".
China will further promote high-level opening-up and intensify efforts to introduce and utilize foreign investment, according to an action plan released by the General Office of the State Council on March 19.
The Xiamen FTZ has issued several policies on advancing the construction of the national cultural export base. The policies came into effect on Jan 1 of this year and will be valid until Dec 31, 2025.
Foreign investment and trade have always been important drivers of Xiamen's economic and social development. In the Xiamen FTZ, tax authorities play a major role in stabilizing foreign investment and trade.
Free trade pilot zones such as Fujian allow the use of descriptive words such as "chateau," "noble," "ruby," and "special reserve" on imported wine labels.
