The Anhui Medical University Hospital (formerly known as the University Clinic) provides basic medical and healthcare services to all faculty, staff, and students.

It utilizes the strengths of affiliated hospitals around the university's three campuses to continuously improve its medical service capabilities. The hospital remains operational during holidays, offering outpatient services and psychological counseling. Although it used to only serve the campus community, it has since opened to the general public.
