Each campus of Anhui Medical University has student cafeterias offering a wide variety of dining options. The main campus houses Cafeteria No 1 and Cafeteria No 3, among others.

The cafeterias provide scientifically balanced and nutritious meals that are healthy, tasty, and hygienic. Since April 2025, the university has introduced "healthy weight-loss meal" counters, offering low-oil, low-salt, and low-calorie options.

Cafeteria payments can be made with the campus card or topped up via Alipay. Meal prices are reasonable and cater to various budgets.
