Swimming in a sea of flowers
Wuyuan and Qinghai Lake are both known for their beautiful rapeseed flowers. But in the Binhe Forest Park of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), you can enjoy such fabulous scenery without walking that far.

Purple sage and colorful roses in the park also poke their heads out, drawing an oil painting of nature together with the rapeseed flowers.
In addition to rapeseed blossoms, the park also has large trees and flowering shrubs like platanus orientalis and yulan magnolia phyllostachys praecox.
You can count more than 20,000 large trees of various types and about 40,000 flowering shrubs. The flowers stretch over 40 hectares, and the greening rate of the whole garden is over 90 percent.
Strolling in the park, you can also experience the fun of cycling and walking on the cycling greenways and hiking trails.
The first phase of the park includes 11158 meters of cycling trails, 10066 meters of hiking trails, and 453.6 meters of interesting cycling trails.
Other attractions like children's playgrounds and water platforms are connected together over the undulating terrain.
Besides, supporting facilities such as smart seats that can be connected to bluetooth, solar trash cans, and 13 parking lots on the north and south sides of the park have also brought a lot of convenience to visitors.
