E-Town speedily solves company’s problems
Recently, the Government Affairs Service Center of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), Majuqiao Port of E-Town Enterprise Service Port, and BDA's Administrative Approval Bureau have worked together to open up a green channel for BBK Test Systems Co., Ltd. and quickly completed their registered capital change business.
BBK Test Systems Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on high-end equipment for automotive testing and structural testing. It is located in the Majuqiao Port of E-Town Enterprise Service Port.
The company is now preparing for a major plan, in which the change of registered capital is an important link, but its application materials were still being prepared.

As he was unfamiliar with the procedures for handling changes in registered capital, Gao Huimin approached E-Town Enterprise Service Port for help.
According to the plan, the change of registered capital needed to be completed before June 30, otherwise it would exert serious negative impacts on the overall scheme.
As the deadline was approaching, there were still two missing materials required for the change.
After learning of the specific difficulties, BDA’s Government Affairs Service Center stated that it could provide BBK with green channel services such as appointment-free priority processing.
In the early morning of June 30, Gao Huimin walked into the Government Affairs Service Center.
The center sent a staff member to guide Gao through the green channel and directly start the review process.
Taking into account the situation of BBK Test Systems, the BDA’s Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau adopted a method of accepting the lack of trivial materials, and helping the company get through the procedures for the registered capital change with the highest efficiency.
The whole process took just one hour.
After the joint efforts of all parties, BBK Test Systems was finally able to complete the registered capital change before the deadline, and push forward the corporate plan.
