After three years of technical research, the Big Data Application Technology Innovation Center in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) has solved the technical problems in the core aspects of data exchange, such as blockchain data transmission, data access, data storage, and data preservation. 

The center has also invented the technical framework of building a technology platform integrating blockchain and cloud computing technology, as well as the method of distributed network intelligent monitoring based on blockchains.

Since its establishment three years ago, the center has applied for 14 patents, of which eight have been accepted (accounting for 57 percent of the total number of applications).

In the rectification action for Internet financial risks in Beijing, the platform constructed an electronic file (one file per company) for the city's 167,000 institutions. Alongside the platform, "enterprise information reporting," "public opinion monitoring," and "big data risk analysis" and other functions help to assist the Municipal Financial Bureau in formulating targeted regulatory measures.

In addition to creating new application scenarios in the financial field, the Big Data Application Technology Innovation Center also applies blockchain technology to the publishing industry.
