"Good education should be subtle in its accumulated day by day outcomes," Principal Niu Xiaohua explained the school's culture, adding that it is just like the omnipresent air that nourishes every life on the globe.
To uphold the "air nourishment" philosophy, the school will actively create a favorable atmosphere for its students and strive to help them achieve all-round development in a sustainable way.

The school gives priority to fostering students characters and civic virtues, as well as striving to provide students with room for their personal growth, so that they can seek ways to succeed by themselves. Niu requires teachers to pay attention to self-cultivation, as well as to be enthusiastic about work and care for students.
"If I were a child, what would we do?" Young teachers often think with a different perspective to help understand the students and their parents' needs."
"The curriculum and teaching culture shapes a school's characteristics. Efforts should be made to transform knowledge-based education into a for-cultivating-people type," said Niu.
Meanwhile, Niu attached importance to teaching. In his view, modern technology can be used to enrich teaching methods and school management.
With various facilities in place, students are also expected to appreciate the campus landscape and enjoy different clubs.
