Ms. Liu, personnel manager of Beijing Futian Electronic Medical Instrument Co., Ltd.,, came to the International Talent Service Hall of the Government Services of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) on Aug 6.

She received work residence permits for her company's foreign experts, and with that, the BDA's first "two certificates joint operation" for foreign professional talents (category B) was successfully completed.

The "two-certificate joint operation" for foreign professionals (category B) is another beneficial  reform after the successful implementation of the "two-certificate joint operation" for foreign high-end talents (category A). 

By strengthening inter-departmental communication and collaboration within the government, and expanding the scope of single window services, the BDA has optimized the overall process.

Now, extensions of the two certificates only require ten working days, and it only takes 12 working days for a new certificate to be processed. 

Since the launch of the Category B "two-certificate joint operation" service on June 25, the International Human Resources Service Department has accepted four cases and completed three of them.
