BDA's International talent community launched
The International Talent Community of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) held a groundbreaking ceremony on Dec 29, marking the first million-square-meter talent community project to be launched in Beijing.
As a supporting service for the BDA to promote work-living balance, livability, and create a "talent matrix", the project will further promote the accumulation of global talents in Beijing E-Town, creating an international environment that boosts high-quality development.

The international talent community project launched this time is located in Yinghai town of Beijing E-Town.
To build a new highland for the gathering of high-tech talents with international influence, the BDA has formulated a set of policies to divide talents into four categories: top talents, outstanding talents, leading talents, and outstanding talents.
100 million yuan ($15.7 million) of funds for the talents' awards, training, accommodation, healthcare, education, business and reputation are also allocated every year.
Currently, the total number of talents in the BDA has reached 326,300, with the talent contribution rate exceeding the city's average level by 63.35 percent.
There are 38 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and 694 people have been identified as kylin talents, and 1,899 as outstanding talents.
