Eighty-nine tasks in the building of the "Two Zones" were moving along nicely in the first half of this year.

Beijing E-Town has compiled work plans to improve business environment, and set up RCEP service windows. 

In the second half of this year, Beijing E-Town will further adjust its work content to optimize the industrial environment through the building of the "Two Zones", and reduce corporate costs.

As one of the important tasks in the building of the "Two Zones" this year, Beijing E-Town has studied the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in advance and made preparations.

The area has held RCEP policy interpretation training sessions, and invited experts from the Commercial Certification Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade to interpret the latest progress of RCEP, preferential policies in key areas of trade in goods, and application skills of RCEP.

Furthermore, Beijing E-Town has formed 15 innovation cases in the first half of this year, covering streamlining administration and delegating power, improving regulation, and upgrading services, financial innovation, autonomous driving and other fields, exploring new fields in the building of the "Two Zones".
