Beijing E-Town recently issued management measures for the life-cycle management of enterprise-benefiting policies.

The management measures focus on the planning, formulating, introducing, publicity, interpreting, implementing, fulfilling, evaluating and improving of the entire life cycle of such policies.

In terms of formulating and introducing policies, the measures put forward more detailed requirements and procedures for policy planning, pre-assessments and investigations, as well as rigorous and standardized policy texts that are concise and easy to understand.

Utilizing Beijing E-Town's big data platform, its intelligent verification of policy fulfillment, credit verification, and enjoyment of preferential policies can be realized.

Responsibilities of relevant departments, such as policy-making departments and government service centers, have also been clarified, to supplement and improve procedures, and to abolish or revise policies when needed.

In this process, not only will enterprises be invited to evaluate policies, but the Beijing E-Town Economic Development Bureau will organize policy check-ups with the Financial Audit Bureau and the Government Service Center in the area.
