To facilitate corporate registration, stimulate market vitality and optimize the business environment, Beijing E-Town recently issued work plans to further release domicile resources to optimize the registration of market entities.

The registration work will be divided into four types of residence resources: commercial service land, industrial park, self-owned industrial land, and industrial agglomeration addresses, and implement hierarchical and classified management. 

Direct registration is also available for high-quality parks and state-owned enterprises in the area.

"Introducing enterprises to parks owned and operated by state-owned enterprises in the area can directly go through registration. Meanwhile, industrial parks that meet the economic contribution standards can be offered group registration, then enterprises introduced to such parks can directly go through registration", according to the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau.

That is to say, the approval department will handle the classification according to the economic contribution of the park's output value, revenue, and taxation.
