The National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Innovation Center and the China United Network Communication Co signed a cooperation agreement to promote the integrated development of the intelligent networked vehicle (ICV) industry and the 5G communication industry, and have accelerate the commercialization of multi-scenario intelligent networked vehicles. 

The two parties jointly unveiled the 5G Computing Network Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Connected Vehicles on the site, located in Beijing E-Town.

Since its establishment, the laboratory has a clear development orientation, that is, to meet national strategic needs, follow the development trend of the computing and network integration industry, improve the 5G-V2X application model, and realize the cross-industry integration of the ICV industry, and promote the development of key and common technologies of ICVs.
