More than 12 million yuan ($1.77 million) of vocational ability improvement subsidy funds in Beijing E-Town for 2021 have been fully distributed. At least 165 companies in the area were the beneficiaries. 

One of the companies, Beijing Benz, has always been committed to building a team of professional and dedicated highly skilled talents.

Beijing Sineva Technology Co, also a subsidy beneficiary, is a high-tech company that focuses on providing solutions and professional services for intelligent manufacturing, information interaction and convenient human life.

As the main position of high-tech industries in Beijing, the level of skilled talents in Beijing E-Town is directly related to the development potential of Beijing's industrial optimization and upgrading and economic transformation. 

Since 2022, with the goal of improving the professional skills of employees and promoting the high-quality development of the capital, the Social Affairs Bureau of Beijing E-Town has focused on key industries and groups  to promote the improvement of the professional capabilities of enterprise employees, increase the scope of subsidies and rewards, and improve employees' career competence, innovation and employability.

From 2021, Beijing E-Town arranged funds through the financial budget every year as subsidies for employers or employees to improve their professional abilities.
