Beijing E-Town's listing reward policy was upgraded this January.
The listing reward for an E-Town company was increased from 6 million yuan ($871,968) for companies listed on the New Third Board Selection Layer to 12 million yuan, equivalent to the rewards for companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, which provides a strong incentive for companies to go public.
Since 2020, Beijing E-Town has distributed a total of 241 million yuan in reward funds for listed companies, benefiting 38 that have been listed or are planning to be listed, effectively reducing the cost of going public and promoting the enthusiasm of companies to do so.
In the past three years, the number of listed companies in Beijing E-Town has doubled to 48. Their total market value is more than 2 trillion yuan.
Meanwhile, the area has established a reserve resource pool for listing, which consists of more than 220 companies, including over 150 specialized and sophisticated enterprises, accounting for more than 25 percent of the total number of such firms in Beijing E-Town.
The Beijing E-Town service base of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations and the BSE was launched on Mar 3, further improving the service system for companies in Beijing E-Town to go public.
As a "steward" for company listings, Beijing E-Town's Commercial and Finance Bureau continuously supports and guides companies through the entire listing process.
