As Hexi district of Beijing E-Town rapidly develops, support for facilities such as hospitals, schools, and commercial centers has become increasingly complete, but financial services are still relatively inadequate. What will the opening of the CCB Beijing Xinghai Road Branch bring?
"We will meet the financial needs of the diversified customer groups of enterprises, schools, and residential areas by utilizing nearby comprehensive brand formats and diverse consumption scenarios." said the head of the branch.

In addition to normal business such as RMB deposits, loans, and settlements, as well as agency issuance, agency payment, and sale of government bonds, the CCB Beijing Xinghai Road Branch will create specializations of zoning, customer stratification, and business diversion.
In terms of service zoning, the business hall is divided into functional areas for cash transactions, open customer service, self-service tellers, online banking, and VIP customer reception.
Speaking of customer stratification, differentiated services are to be provided for mid-to-high-end customers, including an exclusive VIP service and treatment area, preferential fee discounts, expert financial services, exclusive financial products, professional account management, and exciting exclusive events to enhance customer experience.
As for business diversion, electronic channel business will be handled directly in the intelligent service area, and financial consulting will occur in the VIP customer reception area. Meanwhile, two automatic teller machines will improve service efficiency.
