With the completion of the final concrete pouring, the main structure of Phase I of the International Talent Community project in Beijing E-Town has been fully completed on June 30. It marks the entry of the Phase I project into the next stages of construction, such as the secondary structure, decoration, municipal landscaping, and other specialized stages. 

Significant progress has been made in the International Talent Community project in Beijing E-Town.

"We plan to achieve the task goals of 'around 70 percent completion of exterior wall decoration and around 40 percent completion of interior finishing of the total project' by the end of this year," said Zhang Jiao, manager of the Engineering Department of Beijing Bodaxinyuan Real Estate Development Co, which is responsible for the construction and operation of the project. 

Phase I of the International Talent Community project has a total above-ground construction area of 60,100 square meters, a total construction area of 96,400 square meters, and a plot ratio of 1.5. 

The project has a design that combines high-rise buildings, villas and stacked houses, and 15 international talent apartments with two underground floors and four to 13 above-ground floors. There will also be supporting spaces such as shared centers and central green areas. After completion, it will provide 304 sets of expert apartments, creating a high-quality living environment for international experts in Beijing E-Town.

As Beijing's first million-square-meter-scale international talent community, the International Talent Community project  promotes a balanced work-life environment, to create a talent matrix in Beijing E-Town. 

While Phase I is rising, the plan for Phase II has also been released. Phase II of the project will provide more diverse residential products to fully meet the needs of different levels of talents. 

A central park covering 40,000 square meters will be built in the area, along with the development of distinctive commercial streets. In the future, the community will comprehensively lay out health, education, culture, leisure, and other service facilities, create an internationalized soft environment, improve the level of supporting services, and attract more international talents.
