At the first International Biomedical Industry Innovation Conference Beijing Forum (IBIIC · BJF), Beijing E-Town's achievements exhibition made a stunning appearance, attracting the attention of many visitors.

The exhibition area includes three chapters: Beijing E-Town · Pioneer for high-quality development in capital, Building a globally influential pharmaceutical and health industry innovation hub, and Beijing E-Town biomedical enterprises exhibition.

In the first chapter, the slogan "This is a vibrant city of innovation, youthful, energetic, and upward-looking. This is a pioneering city of openness and sharing, brave, wise, and at the forefront," is prominent and precise, representing Beijing E-Town's urban business card to all visitors. 

To showcase the area's outstanding achievements in economic data, research strength, and industrial development, it presented its high-quality development results and the achievements of the four leading industries.

In the second chapter, the achievements exhibition covers an overview of the biotechnology and major health industries and the construction of a global "intelligent manufacturing of new medicines" industry hub. 

There are more than 4,200 biomedical companies, with a total output value of 86.3 billion yuan ($11.84 billion). 

In 2022, Beijing E-Town had 27 first-class innovative medicines approved for Phase I clinical trials, accounting for 43.55 percent of the city's total, ranking first in Beijing. 

The area is committed to building a high-end headquarters for the pharmaceutical industry, with six national-level incubators, six national-level mass innovation spaces, 10 national-level engineering and technology research centers, and 46 biotechnology public service platforms.

In the third chapter, 10 Beijing E-Town companies in the fields of targeted drug development, immune cell drug development, and medical device production and manufacturing concentrated on showcasing their unique features and innovative products.

"This exhibition provides a window for people from all walks of life participating in the forum to learn our companies, which will help increase our influence and develop potential customers," according to a company spokesman.

Beijing E-Town will accelerate the development of cutting-edge technology, further research and improve the ecological environment of the biomedical and health industry. It will provide comprehensive support for industry development in terms of space, talent, capital, technology, and internationalization.
