In Beijing E-Town, industrial enterprises receive a detailed and comprehensive customized planning service manual on the same day they obtain their land or properties.

This initiative, providing a "one enterprise, one document" service for new industrial land projects, is a first in Beijing.

One of the companies benefiting from this personalized service is Guanggang Gas (Beijing) Co. On the morning of Sept 27, as they acquired their second industrial land in Beijing, the company received a "Guanggang Gas B11M4 Land Project Planning Butler Service Manual" prepared for them by the Beijing E-Town Planning and Natural Resources Bureau. This manual will help accelerate the construction of the company's phase two project.

Upon opening the first page of the manual, it reads, "Dear Guanggang Gas (Beijing) Co, congratulations on successfully obtaining the land! From today, we will be your 'planning butler,' providing you with technical guidance..." 

This manual, which contains a complete set of process flow diagrams, 42 sample charts, nine self-assessment guidelines, 98 notification checklists, and three sets of QR code data libraries, comprises more than 100 pages and over 50,000 words. 

It provides companies with comprehensive planning services for project design, procedural handling, and final acceptance.

We no longer need to sift through the complexity of information, and companies can quickly find the information they need from the 'manual,' saving us time and costs.
