Recently, the model rooms of the talent rental housing project of Yijia Shao Huasong A District in Beijing E-Town have entered the renovation stage and are now open to the public. What do the model rooms look like? Let's take a look!

Currently, the overall renovation of the project's model rooms has been completed. The model rooms, represented by the C-type layout, are fully furnished and equipped with wardrobes, range hoods, gas stoves, air conditioners, water heaters, and other essential furniture and home appliances. 

Meanwhile, other three types of model rooms are presented without furniture and home appliances, allowing talent to experience the most authentic living space and architectural quality the moment they open the door.

"In the future, all the rooms in this project will be renovated according to the representation of the model rooms." said the head of the Beijing Bodaxinyuan Real Estate Development Co.

After the precise analysis of the surrounding industrial environment and detailed research on industrial talents, the project focuses on providing accommodation for corporate experts, senior management talents, and key scientific research talents. 

Since the completion and delivery of 234 family-style apartments in District B, District A has entered the renovation stage. District A has a total construction area of 106,000 square meters, consisting of six high-rise buildings with commercial buildings on the ground floor. 

It is divided into two types of products: white-collar apartments and family apartments, with a total of four types of layouts. Among them, the family apartments are divided into two-story and duplex apartments, ranging from 162 square meters to 244.3 square meters in size.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023, and will provide 2,576 sets of rent-controlled housing for target talents in the surrounding industries. 

Among them, there will be 128 three-bedroom family apartments, 128 two-bedroom family apartments, and 2,320 single-room bachelor apartments. 

Head of Bodaxingyuan stated that the use of this project will meet the housing needs of talents in the surrounding industries, contributing to the implementation of the planning requirements of E-Town New Area and promoting the high-quality development of surrounding industries.
