Starting from the main venue of the Paulownia Festival at the E-Town Historical Museum, passing through Paulownia Avenue (Hongda North Road), Rongjing West Street, Sanhaizi East Road (crossing Liangshui River), Park North Ring Road, Park South Ring Road, and ending at South Gate 2 of Nanhaizi Park Phase I, covering a total of 6.5 kilometers.

Controlled Section: 400-meter section of Hongda North Road, from the intersection of Wanyuan Street to the intersection of Longqing Street

Control Measures:

1. During the traffic control period, except for autonomous vehicles and emergency support vehicles, all motor vehicles are prohibited from passing.

2. Parking is prohibited within the controlled section. Four bus routes, 492, 652, Express 120, and Xing 15, will bypass the Hongda Industrial Park station during the control period.
