To promote exchange and cooperation, a delegation from Moscow recently visited Beijing E-Town.

They conducted on-site research at the Beijing High-Level Autonomous Driving Demonstration Zone Innovation and Operations Center and other locations, and experienced the innovative achievements in the area's automotive industry by taking intelligent connected buses.

At the innovation and operations center, the delegation toured the exhibition hall and rode in the intelligent connected buses.

Members of the delegation frequently took photos to commemorate their ride on the bus, which lacked a steering wheel and driver.

In recent years, the Beijing High-Level Autonomous Driving Demonstration has relied on the "vehicle-road-cloud-network-map" system to create a city-level engineering test platform and continuously advance the "2+5+N" policy and regulatory innovation.

Currently, the demonstration zone has fully entered the 3.0 construction phase, which involves orderly expanding the initial 60 square kilometers in the core area of Beijing E-Town to an additional 100 square kilometers in the surrounding area, and eventually to 500 square kilometers citywide.

This expansion includes the ongoing development of the "five stations and two centers" scenario and has already opened the autonomous driving connection service from Beijing E-Town to Daxing Airport Expressway.

Recently, a new scenario was unlocked with the official opening of autonomous driving testing at Beijing South Railway Station, Beijing's first high-speed rail station.

This visit showcased the high-quality development and high-level openness of the Beijing municipality and Beijing E-Town, further promoting practical cooperation between Beijing and Russia.
