Updated: 2024-06-04

E-Town aerospace brought good news again! Following the successful launch of Ceres-1 Sea Launch vehicle (Remote 2) on May 29, Galactic Energy again launched Ceres-1 (Remote 12) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 7:39 am on May 31, and successfully sent five satellites. Only within three days, Galactic Energy completed two launch missions of Ceres-1, refreshing the record of the shortest launch time interval of China's private commercial rocket companies.

"It's the 13th launch of the Ceres-1 series of commercial launch vehicles," CEO of Galactic Energy said. As the company's "star" product, Ceres-1 carrier rocket has not only completed several land launch missions, but also delivered two rocket launches at sea. This means that as the only private rockets that expanded the successful land launch to sea launch, the Ceres-1 series has achieved flexible orbital adaptability and high-density launch capability, which can quickly meet the needs of different satellite users to the greatest extent.

"To date, we have served nearly 20 commercial satellites customers and launched 44 commercial satellites of different types with success. This year, we expect another 10-12 launches, achieving not only the high frequency of the Ceres-1, but also the first launch of the Pallas-1 by the end of the year." Galactic Energy said, "In recent years, the development of our company is inseparable from the support of E-Town. Here, we received perfect policy guarantees and benefits. Here, Galactic Energy is taking a wider range of technological innovation and more efficient commercial operations, helping China aerospace industry grow much stronger."

Now, Beijing E-Town has gathered more than 70 aerospace enterprises, covering the launch vehicle, satellite manufacturing and other fields. The number of commercial rocket research and development enterprises accounts for more than 75 percent of the country.

At present, Beijing E-Town is accelerating to build the gathering place of China's commercial space development, becoming a new landmark of the world's aerospace industry innovation.
