With a 40,000-square-meter central park with beautiful scenery, a "community parlor" blending diverse cultures and one-stop smart home amenities, construction work on the first million-square-meter international talent community in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Bejing E-Town), Yi Jia・Qilin Fu, is rapidly progressing.

The completed 304 expert apartments come in five different layouts, including 260-square-meter large flats and 240-square-meter duplexes.

Each apartment is equipped with a smart home system as its "core".

With voice control or by simply touching the smart panel at the door, residents can adjust the comfortability of the indoor environment to an optimal state.

From smart lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning to smart security, the expert apartments are designed to create a one-stop smart living space that fulfills the aspiration for a better life.

To ensure that talents in the area can move in with just their personal belongings, high-quality furniture and household appliances are provided in the living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens and bathrooms.

Entering the "Lin Club" public space created in the international talent community, one finds a rich natural atmosphere created by an extensive use of wood and natural elements such as trees and flowers.

The irregular world map at the reception area on the first floor complements the "map" of talent housing in Beijing E-Town on the second floor.

Additionally, there are spaces such as a roadshow hall, 5G conference room, reading space, coffee bar, Qilin tea house and a playroom for children.

In the future, the International Talent Community in the area is expected to provide 7,000 apartments.
