Chips made by Beijing E-Town-based company light up the 2024 Paris Olympics
When the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics was held on the Seine River on July 27, LED display driver chips developed by Chipone Technology (Beijing) Co, Ltd, a company in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town), illuminated its LED ultra-high-definition display screens.
"The LED display series products made by Chipone Technology heading to Paris this time include various LED display driver chips such as ICND2153, ICND2055, and ICND2065,” a company representative said.
While reducing screen power consumption, these chips can effectively ensure high-fidelity restoration of LED ultra-high-definition display screens for on-site activities through advantageous features such as low gray contrast, frame interval elimination technology and improvements in electromagnetic interference issues.
In addition to the over 2,000 square meters of LED ultra-high-definition display screens at the opening ceremony, the Chipone Technology LED display driver chips also contributed to the content display, live broadcasting, rebroadcasting and other supporting amenities for major event venues at the Paris Olympics, providing a high refresh rate, definition, and color reproduction viewing experience for on-site spectators.
