The 2024 Fortune China 500 list was recently released. Multiple companies based at Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) were included on the list.

The 2024 Fortune China 500 list adopts the same ranking method as that of Fortune Global 500. The 500 Chinese companies on the list this year had total revenue of $14.6 trillion in 2023, with a net profit of $706.4 billion.

JD Group ranks 13th on the list with revenue of $153.217 billion, climbing three spots from last year and becoming the highest-ranking Chinese mainland private enterprise.

As a leading enterprise in China's wind power industry, Goldwind Science & Technology ranks 326th on the list with revenue of $7.128 billion. Goldwind has always been committed to building "sustainable and better" future social energy infrastructure and providing reliable products and solutions in clean energy development, equipment, services and applications. It has been ranked as the top wind turbine manufacturer in China for 13 consecutive years and in the global top three for nine consecutive years. Goldwind is the only Chinese wind turbine manufacturer to have reached the global number one spot and has done so multiple times.

In addition, many companies with subsidiaries at the Beijing E-Town, such as BOE Technology Group Co, Ltd, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp, and Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co, Ltd, have also successfully made it onto the list.
