Two digital achievements of CERI Digit Technology (Beijing) Co, Ltd, a company based in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town), were honored as excellent cases of industrial Internet.

The "Digital Factory Solution based on the CeriOS Industrial Internet Platform by CERI Digit Technology" successfully made it to the "2023 Innovative Information Technology Application Solutions" revealed by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; and the "Smart Ecological Environmental Protection Control System of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd." was awarded as "an excellent practice case in the 2024 Internet Development in the Engineering Construction Industry."

The CeriOS Industrial Internet Platform leverages technologies such as digital twins, big data and artificial intelligence to build a digital factory control platform for the steel industry. This platform aims to create a synergistic control mode for six major functions including sales, production, quality, energy, equipment, and safety and environmental protection within the enterprises.

This platform provides mass data preprocessing and general AI services, supporting application scenarios across the entire process of ironmaking, steelmaking, and rolling steel, enabling process personnel to deeply engage in the development of AI algorithms, making production safer and work more efficient.

In addition, the "Smart Ecological Environmental Protection Control System of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd" is the first comprehensive ecological environmental protection control system in China that covers exhaust gas emission management, wastewater management, solid waste management and integrated environmental management at the factory level. It uses an industrial Internet architecture to create a multidimensional full-process ecological environmental protection control system for steel enterprises, integrating real-time monitoring of indicators, precise control and control optimization.
