On-site and live broadcasting recruitment promotes employment in Beijing E-Town
The on-site job fair simultaneously launches a live broadcasting event.
A job fair combining on-site and live broadcasting recruitment was held in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) on August 8.
Seven Beijing E-Town companies from various fields in the Beijing E-Town -- including advanced manufacturing, scientific research, technical services, geological exploration, computer services and software industry, wholesale and retail, as well as accommodation and catering -- participated in this on-site and live broadcasting activity to find desirable professionals, offering a total of 164 job positions.
In all, 47,861 people viewed the live broadcasting recruitment online on that day.
Representatives of the companies provided detailed information about the companies, job positions and salaries to the potential employees. Many online users left messages in the live chat, engaging in remote communication with the employers and securing further opportunities for interview discussions.
"We hope that through this combination of on-site and live-streaming recruitment activity, we can help more job seekers find their desired jobs. We also hope that companies can recruit excellent talents, achieving a win-win result for both sides," said the person in charge of recruitment at Beijing E-Town.
