Yonghe Park
The cultural tourism industry in Yonghe Park mainly lies in the Imperial College, Yonghe Lama Temple, Bell Tower and Drum Tower, Temple of Earth, and other historical and cultural relics, as well as a variety of tourist activities.
The TCM S&T and cultural industries in Yonghe Park give priority to the development of TCM treatment, healthcare, health preservation, recreation, information, and consultation industries.
There are nine large-sized modern buildings in the park with a floor area of about one million square meters. Most of them are reconstructed from old plants and traditional complexes with a gross floor area of 200,000 square meters.
The policy system for Yonghe Park is categorized into:
1. Policies of the state and Beijing municipality on promoting the development of cultural and creative industries;
2. Polices of Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone on promoting the development of high and new-tech industries;
3. Policies of Dongcheng district on promoting the development of cultural and creative industries, low-carbon, TCM and theatrical performance industries.
With a view to creating a facilitating industrial development environment, Yonghe Park has built a scientific public service platform system, which covers the following service sectors: industrial and commercial tax administration, public information, business incubation, public exchange, personnel management, legal rights safeguarding, investment and financing and inter-mediation.

It involves a total of 1,700 enterprises or so, with headquarters enterprises such as Beijing All Media and Culture Group, Beijing Gehua Cultural Development Group, Beijing Performance & Arts Group Co Ltd, China Youth Travel Service, Chinese Copyright Agency Corporation, Nokia Siemens Networks Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd, Kaspersky; high-growth enterprises such as Dangdang, Enlight Media, ChineseAll, NetMovie Limited.
