Zhongguancun steps up construction of civil-military park
Li Changping, vice-director of Beijing's Haidian district, inspected the construction site for the Zhongguancun Sijiqing Civil-military Integration Industrial Park in the district on Oct 10, receiving an overview of the park's renovation plans and company establishments.
She urged the construction teams to complete the 110,000-square-meter project to a high standard and avoid security accidents on the construction site.

The park construction is comprised of five platforms–an innovation platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, a bi-lateral transformation platform for civil and military technologies, a strategic cooperation platform for civil-military technologies, a demonstration platform for civil-military integration achievements and an integrated civil-military services platform.

The Zhongguancun Civil-Military Integration Industrial Alliance, established in Haidian in Sept 2014, has attracted more than 200 member enterprises.
By 2020, more than ten civil-military integration platforms and five provincial institutions of key enterprises will be constructed.
