The final of 2017 Zhongguancun Frontier Science and Technology concluded on Nov 17 with projects from Flance Nanotechnology, Empyrean and Qfeeltech listed as the top three innovation projects.

Jointly sponsored by Zhongguancun Science Park administrative committee, Beijing municipal education commission, Beijing municipal human resources and social security bureau, Peking University and Tsinghua University, the competition witnessed Zhongguancun's focus on frontier science and technology.

The country's leading investors, technicians and entrepreneurs including Li Kaifu, founder and CEO of Innovation Works were invited as the judges.

In the competition site, Liu Hang, deputy inspector of Zhongguancun Science Park administrative committee, delivered a keynote speech and pointed out that the world’s science and technology innovation pattern and industry chain structural is currently under adjustment.

According to the competition sponsor, the competition has covered seven fields including the intelligent robot, big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and information safety.
