Li Changping, vice director of Haidian district, led an investigation group to the Beijing Top-East Digital Valley, a key project of Zhongguancun Software Park, on March 5.

The Beijing Top-East Digital Valley, located in the first phase of Zhongguancun Software Park, covers a total floor area of about 80,000 square meters.

The project is designed to combine energy saving, flexibility, innovation, coordination, and high efficiency into a high-end office building with a variety of business formats.

The group visited representative companies in the valley including the HiFive Innovation Center, Feitian Group and Double Rise Company to learn about their development and demands for further growth.

HiFive, a creative digital agency, plans to build a platform for resource linking among large enterprises and innovation-oriented companies, and develop its five products - joint office space, innovation experience centers, science and technology financial services, media communication platforms and cultural and recreation.

The HiFive Innovation Center is an important carrier of Top-East Holdings' professional services and Hifive's headquarters base.

Li Changping exchanged ideas with local entrepreneurs and emphasized the operation mode of the park and its innovative businesses.

Li said that as the country's main area for scientific and technological innovation, Haidian district will continue to support the rapid development of high-tech enterprises.
